What is employee engagement?
Engaged employees are fully involved in, and enthusiastic about their work, and thus willing to contribute their knowledge, skills, abilities, and effort to help their organization succeed. Research shows that higher levels of employee engagement lead to improved business outcomes such as:

Why should a company conducting an engagement survey?
