The BRiDGE Group, a development company, delivers leadership development and professional training to support individuals and companies in order to create a bridge across the seasons of their lives. Our goal is to help increase productivity in all settings; strengthen communication between clients, peers, subordinates and varying generations; and reduce occurrences of conflict within personal and working relationships.

Our Focus
Our focus is on providing two broad types of services that we tailor to fit various organizations, business units and individuals. We provide groups with Staff Development/Training and provide individual support through Counseling and Growth classes.

The BRiDGE Group has been providing quality training since May of 2006. We have been able to provide growth and educational training for companies and agencies such as the City of Dallas, Childcare Group of Dallas, Fort Worth ISD, Texas Workforce Solution, Baylor OSHA, Vogel Alcove, and several small service providers and organization
Gene Cambridge, President of Development/Training for The BRiDGE Group, has been working with at-risk families and individuals for over 25 years. With a strong professional background in social services, Mr. Cambridge has helped families dealing with children in the juvenile system to families living in transitional housing. For over 15 years, Gene has educated individuals' and families; non-profits and schools; as well as corporations and small businesses.
He is a Master Professional Level trainer for The Texas Early Childhood Professional Development System (TECPDS), and is a certified trainer/facilitator for LifeSkills, True Colors, Strengthening Families Program, and Anger Management programs.
Mr. Cambridge is a dynamic and energetic speaker with the ability to motivate and makes any training subject enjoyable and easy to understand. He is highly requested to train and speak at companies, schools, churches, conferences and family programs. Gene has facilitated workshops for groups including: Workforce Solution of North Central Texas; Child Care Group; City of Dallas, Baylor Hospital and Fort Worth ISD.
